«SP for Agricultural Project for Chudel Community
Last year, you proposed SP 107078 (Agricultural Project for Chudel Community). The project was very good, it was great blessing for Sarny region, a lot of people benefited from the project. Thanks to God, the field brings good crop year after year, because the field was cultivated for several times. And also many aged people, who could not cultivate their fields, received potatoes to cook for themselves.
The minister is responsible for administration of Chudel Church Soup Kitchen. Sarny Soup Kitchen cooperates with our students from cooking class. The students and other volunteers work hard to serve poor people, they are used to cook meals and to spread them among aged people.
The minister is asking about your plans regarding agricultural project in 2014, and he wish the SP to be creates to provide for cultivating potatoes, onion, beetroots, carrot and grain crops.
The projects will have a lot of benefits:
– 40 aged people receive hot and nourishing lunch every day.
– 30 students from cooking have good practice.
– 30 students from sewing class have lunch (they study all day long).
– many of most poor and big Sarny families (F2F 50-4) and Family Care families receive needed seeds and extra food products.
– Sarny, Chudel and Rafalivka CRI homes (50-3, 50-4, 50-9) also receive food products for the needs of their children.
– Summer Camp, that is held in Sarny region also receives food products.
The volunteers will cultivate 1 hectare of field for potatoes, 0.1 hectare for carrots, 0.1 hectare for beetroots, 0.2 hectare for onions and 5 hectare for grain crops.
The project needs:
fertilizer – $ 500;
seeds – $ 200;
fuel – $ 800;
Salary for one responsible worker – $ 1’000 for 5 months ($ 200 per month).
TOTAL – $ 2’500.
With warmest regards,
Nicholas Tsaruk»
